Shipping
The products will be shipped by registered international mail provided by Japan Post. Please provide your shipping address correctly when placing order to ensure a safe delivery.
You can check the delivery status by the tracking no. provided after delivery is arranged.
Usually it takes around a week or so for preparing your order and another 2 weeks for shipment.

We have a 7-day exchange policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange in case the item is defective.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging, and you will also need to notify us in advance.
Personalized items may only be exchanged.
